In its rating, Fitch highlighted Lohnbach’s focus on non-performing commercial real estate loans, singling out the company’s unique pool of skills and experience in the field of real estate asset management and the workout of complex commercial property portfolios. The Fitch rating confirms Lohnbach’s objective to be a leading special servicer for non-performing commercial real estate loans and securitizations in the German market as a non-bank-affiliated provider.
