Management: Gerhard Knab
Gerhard Knab is the overall responsible managing director of Lohnbach Investment Partners GmbH. Following his studies of business administration at LMU in Munich with a focus on real estate finance, Gerhard started his professional career at Ernst & Young as a professional advisor and subsequently as general manager in the field of Transaction Advisory Services. Following a position at Credit Suisse International Gerhard Knab joined Shinsei International as Senior Vice President and Head of European Principal Investments where he was responsible for an investment portfolio of sub- and non-performing loans worth more than one billion euros. He has a dedicated track record and full scale experience in the acquisition and management of SPL- and NPL portfolios. 

Management: Stephan Pawlik
Stephan Pawlik is managing director of Lohnbach and in charge of Finance & Controlling. He studied business administration at  LMU in Munich, before he worked as a chartered accountant and consultant at Deloitte & Touche, where he successfully passed his exams as chartered accountant, certified public accountant and CPA. Subsequently he became head of accounting at Süddeutsche Bodencreditbank AG and spent 8 years in various positions as division manager within the HVB- and Hypo Real Estate group.

Asset management: Thomas Kempf
Thomas Kempf heads up Lohnbach’s asset management division. He studied Electrical Engeneering and Economics at RWTH Aachen and worked for 7 years including interruptions for Aengevelt, lastly as member of management board, responsible for the department Valuation & Advisory Services. As founding partner of European Principal Finance Fund of Apollo Global Management in 2007, he became managing director and Head of Real Estate of German platform. Here he was responsible for real estate valuations and management of investment portfolios in Spain, Portugal, UK and Germany.
