Lohnbach seeks to achieve a realization of value creation potential and a rapid disposal by means of efficiently managed processes. Prior to marketing properties, we optimize utilization concepts and set about finding ways of letting the premises. Properties are sold after an average period of approx. 12 to 24 months.

Buyers of the real estate collateral managed by us include so-called core investors wishing to make long-term commitments to attractive properties, as well as value-add investors seeking to achieve further appreciation through targeted measures of their own. We match value creation to the qualities of individual properties and offer investors a wide variety of properties to choose from at all times. Due to our focus on special types of real estate assets, the stock of real estate consists primarily of office, hotel, healthcare and retail properties, each of them with different cash flow characteristics.
